Our job is to assist you through the entire recruitment process until successful integration of the selected candidate.



In the search and selection of candidates, it is our role to minimize any subjective criteria. For each applicant, we value personality, skills, and qualifications, but also a logical career development.

Our recruitment fees depend on the difficulty of the search. For a reasonable and predictable budget, our fees are part of an all-inclusive package. We work on an exclusive basis to ensure complete focus on our task and to avoid multiple approaches that discredit the position to be filled.

Recruitment methods are often similar, but our candidates and clients appreciate the relationship of deep mutual trust we have built through close and transparent cooperation. It is particularly important to us to value and respect differentness, fairness, solidarity and authenticity throughout the consultation process.

Our approach is to work in partnership both with our clients and our candidates. By taking an open and honest approach and spending time to fully understand the aims and aspirations of each party, we are able to identify individuals that meet even the most challenging requirements, and at the same time help our candidates maximise their potential.



First of all, we get to know your organisation and your specific needs. We have chosen to work on a limited number of business sectors in order to acquire an in-depth market expertise and an extensive network.

We establish a search strategy based on the current market situation and combine various search tools : social media and online databases, in addition to our own network. We address each potential candidate personally. Our aim is to attract candidates for our clients, on the condition that their motivations match with the position and the specific requirements of our client.

We conduct detailed and personal interviews. We check all documents and references.

In addition to standard selection criteria, we pay particular attention to the long-term commitment of the candidates through a thorough analysis of their motivation.

We present a selection of the best applicants. Each report includes information about the candidate’s qualifications, curriculum vitae, personality, motivation and salary expectations.

We organise all further interviews and follow up the recruitment process during the integration phase until successful completion of the assignment.

We consider that the search is  completed when the customer is satisfied and the vacancy is filled. Each assignment has a guarantee of 6 to 12 months depending on the position.
